We started Atlas because we knew this work could be done better. Too many people get a vague inspection, a confusing report, and a high pressure quote, and still have no idea what is actually wrong with their home. We wanted to be the company that explains it in plain language and tells you the truth, even when the truth is that you do not need the work.

Atlas Environmental Services is a woman owned business built on more than 30 years of hands-on field experience. The company itself is new, but the experience behind it is not. That background in HVAC and environmental work is what shapes how we approach every job: carefully, honestly, and with the understanding that someone's health is often on the line.
We take pride in doing things the right way, protecting people, protecting properties, and leaving every project better than we found it.
Certified & Licensed
We are fully licensed in Illinois and Missouri, certified, and insured. We specialize in mold testing and remediation, asbestos inspection and abatement, radon testing, crawlspace encapsulation, and air duct cleaning.
Our trained professionals use EPA approved methods and equipment to find indoor air quality problems, identify mold and what type it is, and remove it the right way. We are also qualified to inspect for asbestos, judge the risk, and handle abatement in line with state and federal regulations.
Our certifications include NORMI, the National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors, with certified Mold Assessor and certified Mold Remediator credentials, along with AHERA for asbestos inspection, plus CPPC, IJCSA, and ISSA memberships.
